Call for proposals

Access to the portal "Scientific Information System" allows the applicant:

  • To complete and submit an application for funding for a specific program.
  • To log into the database by creating a personal profile.
  • To track the status of their applications for funding.
  • To respond to requests from the AFM-Téléthon.
  • To follow up grants by completing some monitoring reports (scientific and financial reports).
  • To consult your requests as Principal Investigator or as Partner.
  • To access consent application form as Partner, Director of research or as Supervisor

As from this year, the calendar for the AFM-Telethon annual Call for Proposals is modified to take into account the results of the Telethon fund-raising event before launching the Call.
The online form to apply for the grants will be available in the applicant portal as soon as the Call is open.
The planned timetable for the submission of new applications for Research Grants, Trampoline Grants and Postdoctoral Fellowships has been set as follows:
1- Dissemination of the poster: December 2019 at the latest.
2- Expected date for Web platform opening: mid-December 2019.
3- Deadline for submission of applications: 21 January, 2020.
4- Results: mid-July 2020.
Note: the Call will open approximately 5 weeks before the submission deadline. Completing the online application form can be time-consuming and the website may be overloaded shortly before the deadline, which can prevent applicants from submitting their last-minute application. No extension of the deadline will be granted and the AFM-Telethon will take no responsibility in case the application is not submitted on time.
