Call for proposals



Access to the portal "Scientific Information System" allows the applicant:

  • To complete and submit an application for funding for a specific program.
  • To log into the database by creating a personal profile.
  • To track the status of their applications for funding.
  • To respond to requests from the AFM-Téléthon.
  • To follow up grants by completing some monitoring reports (scientific and financial reports).
  • To consult your requests as Principal Investigator or as Partner.
  • To access consent application form as Partner, Director of research or as Supervisor


This year again, the AFM-Telethon will await the results of the Telethon fund-raising event before launching its annual Call for Proposals.
The online form to apply for the grants will be available in the applicant portal as soon as the Call is open.
The planned timetable for the submission of new applications for Research Grants, Trampoline Grants and Postdoctoral Fellowships has been set as follows:
1- Dissemination of the poster: December 2021 at the latest.
2- Expected date of Call opening: 16 December 2021.
3- Deadline for submission of applications: 18 January 2022.
4- Results: mid-July 2022.
Note: Completing the online application form can be time-consuming and the website may be overloaded shortly before the deadline, which can prevent applicants from submitting their last-minute application. No extension of the deadline will be granted and the AFM-Telethon will take no responsibility in case the application is not submitted on time.

Specific funding process for clinical and genetic registries projects

AFM-Téléthon is pleased to announce that the funding process to support clinical and genetic registries projects has changed since June 2016.The applications for funding these projects are now to be submitted outside the AFM-Téléthon annual Call for proposals and can be done throughout the year.

How to apply
