An impressive result that embodies thirty hours of meetings and amazing celebrations in 10,000 cities and at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, in a magical bubble. During the weekend, the AFM-Telethon, families and researchers shared with all French people victories and advances against rare diseases.
"It's all of you who are helping to turn the tide of a lifetime with each of your donations. For Mouna, Ilan, Juliette, Lubin and all the families that bring each day all their forces in the fight against the disease, your commitment with us is vital. Researchers do not make a mistake and they made the point tonight to cheer you, all of you who support us for so many years. Thank you, a HUGE thank you! " said Laurence Tiennot-Herment at the end of the evening.
On behalf of families and researchers, the AFM-Telethon thanks Garou, a warm and caring sponsor, generous and so close to the children, volunteers, partners, artists, animators and, in particular, France Télévisions for the exceptional device made for this 28th Telethon.
